However, you will be able to search the ISP Plans of an individual without any date range limit by entering either the Form ID or Individual search parameters.įor Oversight and Case Management type providers, the count of a linked individual will depend on the number of providers it is linked with i.e., if there is a linked individual in a user's caseload which exists across 10 linked providers, then the count for that individual is 10. If you have an individual count of more than 250, then you will be able to select the date range for a maximum of 13 months. If you have an individual count of up to 250 in the caseload of your active Profile, then you will be able to select the date range for a maximum of 36 months. The date range between the Effective Date From and To fields will depend on the number of individuals in the caseload of your active Profile.
